Work With Me

Technology that works as hard as you do, shaped by a creator’s eye and built with an IT professional’s care. For small businesses, community groups and non-profits in Niagara and across Canada.

Learning at your own pace

My learning portal mixes text and video lessons you can take whenever it suits you. Two favourites:

You will also find free, plain-language guides in the Empowerment Library.

How a project works

  1. Discovery call. A free, no-pressure 30-minute chat about what you need and whether we are a good fit.
  2. Proposal. A clear written proposal with the scope, timeline and investment, so you know what you are agreeing to.
  3. Collaborative build. I handle the technical work while you review the design and content along the way, so the result sounds and looks like you.
  4. Launch and training. Once you approve the site we go live, and I show you how to manage it with confidence.

What it is like to work with me

When our website experienced issues and became increasingly difficult to manage internally, Bradley came highly recommended and quickly proved why. He was responsive, empathetic, and transparent throughout the process, clearly explaining the issues and solutions. We appreciated his affordable approach and felt confident we were in good hands throughout.

Katherine “Kat” Dodge, St. Catharines Downtown Association

Bradley makes tech easy. His knowledge includes web development, setting up an online shop, audio-visual set-ups for online podcasts & live streaming, photography, setting up your tech and so much more. He knows not everyone understands what is possible so he will research it for you. If it can be done then he will do it.

Hi, I’m Bradley

I’m a Niagara-based web designer and trainer. I spent nearly three decades in corporate IT before starting Ascendant Bits Creative Digital to help small businesses, community groups and non-profits get the technology side right without the jargon or the hard sell.

Not sure where to start?

Tell me about your business, group or cause, and what you would like technology to do for you. The first step is always a simple conversation.
